What the owner loves about this home

  • The location. Dick Barter is one of the quietest streets in Lahontan with very little traffic.

  • We are a 5 minute walk on a trail to the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Lodge, Driving Range, Spa and Gym. The convenience is awesome, we can come to the house and not need to pull the car out of the garage again. We take our golf cart everywhere.

  • There is another trail off of 17 that takes you to the Martis Valley trailhead in about 10-15 minutes. In the winter that means a groomed cross country/snowshoe loop right out the door.

  • The views. We have views from Mt. Rose to Northstar from almost every room in the house and our deck and patio. It is spectacular year round.

  • Morning walks to the Lodge to get coffee. We usually see some kind of wildlife and get to appreciate the gorgeous mountains each morning.

  • We love our patio. The sight lines are amazing. In the evening the outdoor fireplace is amazing. We enjoy s’mores, barbeques and evening cocktails out there almost every night.

  • Our homesite is large and is situated so that we rarely see neighbors on either side.
